2013 Hot Wheels - 2003 Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) Nismo Z-Tune

Many thanks to Phil Riehlman, the one who responsible for this amazing cast. He designed the smaller version of the R34 Godzilla for Hot Wheels. No childish accessories or orange track specification, it was meant for pride and display. The cast itself was based on the special GT-R, Nismo Z-Tune. Nismo built the car from 20 used GT-R (R34) V-spec, each with less than 29.000 km on the clock. The cars then stripped and resprayed to "Z-Tune Silver", a special color exclusively for the Z-Tune. Nismo only produced 19 cars and put them at 290.000 US Dollars. On that time it was the most expensive Godzilla ever built, thinking that it can't exhale atomic breath and it wasn't a 150 meters beast.
Now let us compare it with the blue version from 2014 Hot Wheels - Then and Now Edition.
The blue one is even better, reminds me of Paul Walker a bit. But the major differences here is the spoiler. The red still use the plastic spoiler as a separate part while the blue was metal merges with the body, same with many recently Hot Wheels model. It does affect the way they looks. Metal spoiler always looks bigger, taller and ridiculous. Luckily, it doesn't ruin this Godzilla. I'm also glad that Hot Wheels still preserve those marvelous details at the rear.

2015 Hot Wheels - '96 Nissan 180SX Type-X

This is why I loves all about Japanese automobile. A really cool fastback with sleepy eyes, somewhat sounds like an anime hero. I can't wait to see another variants of this, and might be someday Hot Wheels will put the Liberty Walk bodykit on it.
I just can't stop from take a photograph of this car. There might be thirty photos I'd take.

Burn those tires!

It has been a boring day so I went out and play with cottons.
Then in all of the sudden, my friend show up with his new Fiesta.
Honda S2000 is the most driftastic car Hot Wheels ever made. I think.

Hunting Result

So I just got my paycheck then I decided to go hunting. I went to nearby mall but nothing interested me. Then I entered a toy store and guess what I’ve found, 3 magnificent Hot Wheels castings. One luxurious conceptual car while the other two are Japanese road slider. Actually I won’t get the Honda because someone had picked it already. He picks seven of them! So when I grab the Honda above Tomica display shelves, someone came toward me and told me that the car had been ordered. He ordered many casts, like the Batmobile, BMW M3 E36, Fast and Furious cars and a lot of JDM cars. Luckily I found the Nissan before he did. I’m in to a chat with him, talking about diecast. It lasted for a while, till he said “Hey, you still want those Honda? Take it, but pay it yourselves.” Of course I took it immediately. That day, I was the happiest boy in the town.

2015 Hot Wheels City-Performance
Honda S2000
I've never heard about TEIN before, so I searched it in Google. What I've found is the fact that TEIN is a manufacturer of a high-tech suspension for car. Good job to promoted things Mattel. Put the brand into an amazing car.

2015 Hot Wheels Workshop-NightBurnerz
1996 Nissan 180SX Type X
This is the only one left in the store. I'm lucky spotted it before anyone else. This cast is highly desirable at here, because it was Japanese, good looking, especially with that sleepy eyes, well proportioned, and detailed as Matchbox did.

2015 Hot Wheels City-Street Power
Cadillac Elmiraj

I'm never into Cadillac things but I think I'll learn to love it from now. This cast is awesome, glad that Hot Wheels designed it as the way it is.
